Despite all the obvious consequences, there’s something in me that is loving going outside and listening to the silence. I feel closer to nature, something I’ve always looked up to in my life and that I feel more than ever, although I live right in the heart of a sea-side city. I think we all needed this break from everything. Whether this was a nature-made virus or not, this is Her ironic way of telling us to slow down. I think that if we take this deeply, this can have serious benefits, in the way we bond, the way we are thankful, the way we live. This is my state of mind, a state that hopes that people take this time to think, about themselves, about others, about our current situation and how we can all benefit from this. This is a wake-up call, and all we have to do is to listen to it.
